Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician (Electrical)
Salary: £19,435 + Benefits
The ideal candidate will have Electrical experience and qualifications awarded by an industry recognised body and ideally some experience of Planned Preventative Maintenance Programmes.
Duties include:
The Day-to-day maintenance, repair and upgrade of plant, equipment and building fabric within the Dome complex including pool water treatment, heating ventilation, refrigeration plant, mechanical and plumbing.
Ensure safe working practices, in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act, and other regulations and codes of practice.
A high level of practical experience and knowledge in a wide range of building maintenance disciplines
Follow systematic maintenance programmes and fault reporting schedules, producing written reports and scheduled work documentation.
Covering major events and responding to emergency situations as necessary

Maintenance Operative (Handy Man)
Salary: £12,480
The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience and a wide variety of DIY skills including plastering, woodwork, bricklaying and plumbing.
Duties include:

Cultural Operative – Health & Fitness
We are currently looking for instructors to join our team in the Fitness Village on a casual basis.
Duties include the compilation of fitness programs for new customers, promoting memberships and the facilities to the general public and operating our continuous fitness assessment program.
The successful applicants will possess a minimum of a YMCA level two qualification. The candidate will also have previous experience of working within a fitness environment, be confident, able to use their own initiative and have a positive approach to customer care.
Cultural Operative - Reception (Casual)
We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our reception team on a casual basis.
The successful candidates will be required to demonstrate a proactive and flexible work record to cope with the demands of an ever-changing leisure facility.
Applicants should have cash handling experience, IT knowledge, excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate high standards of Customer Care. NVQ level 2 would be advantageous, but full training will be given.
Casual Catering Operatives
We are currently seeking additional staff to work on the bar for the Catering Department.
Candidates will be required to demonstrate a proactive and flexible work record to cope with the demands of an ever-changing facility.
Applicants should have cash handling experience and be able to demonstrate high levels of customer service.
Cultural Operatives - Leisure (casual - Pool & Ice)
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed people who have the ability to work as part of team or on their own initiative. Successful candidates must hold a current Pool Lifeguard Qualification and be able to demonstrate a positive approach to Customer Care.
Aquafit Instructors
Fully qualified and bursting with energy you will teach classes that attract all age groups.
Aerobic and Dance Studio
Hourly Rates: Monday - Friday up to 4pm = £15. Monday - Friday after 4pm & Weekends = £20
We are currently looking for qualified Step and body training system instructors.
Exercise to Music being essential, you will be able to demonstrate an outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills teamed with the ability to motivate and enthuse.
Train to be a Lifeguard
- Working towards the syllabus set out by Swimming Teachers Association (S.T.A.)
- Nationally recognised qualification.
- Must be aged 16 or over
- Cost = £155 (examination included)
- £30 deposit payable at time of booking
